I started my boutique real estate firm in 2003 as a residential rental brokerage
along with my wife, Claudia Saez-Fromm. I recognized that New York real estate clients
were frustrated and seeking something so much more from their agents and firms when
looking for an apartment, co-op or home. I did my homework and began speaking with
many renters and buyers who had expressed their disillusionment with New York City
brokers because they were detached from the process and totally insensitive to their
specific needs.
