Mark David Fromm is the Co- Founder and CEO of Mark David & Company Real Estate, LLC (“Mark David”) a full-service residential real estate brokerage.

With over sixteen years of experience in the Manhattan Real Estate marketplace, veteran Real Estate entrepreneur, Mark David Fromm pioneered Mark David & Company with co-founder and COO, Claudia Saez-Fromm, in 2003. Fromm steers the expansion initiatives of Mark David & Company Real Estate and directs the firm’s business development infused with client-focused growth initiatives. In addition, he oversees all financial acquisitions and expenditures and is instrumental in leading the vision of the Mark David & Company Real Estate brand. Under the Mark David & Company Real Estate umbrella, Mark David Fromm has spearheaded several expansions. This resulted in a new “hybrid” office of over seventy full time agents, in one 4,000 square foot office, located in SoHo, NYC. During the course of his career, Fromm has become an invaluable member of the New York real estate community.

Fromm began his career as a rental agent for five years and then a manager for three years. Today, he is an esteemed brokerage owner and CEO. He is highly respected in the real estate industry and is a recognized figure amongst his peers, landlords, and many Manhattan residents. Mark David Fromm has forged significant relationships throughout his career with many of Manhattan’s most sought after landlords and has closed over 9,000 transactions to date. Under his leadership, Mark David Fromm has built a solid reputation of quality service. He has amassed a tremendous network of developers, management companies, and property owners and has established strategic business relationships for Mark David & Company Real Estate.

A native of New York, Mark David Fromm was born and raised in Bayside, Queens. He attained his Bachelors of Arts in Business and Literature from State University of New York- Albany and began his Real Estate career after a short stint in the corporate world. Mark David Fromm currently resides in Manhattan with his wife and business partner, Claudia Saez-Fromm, and two children, Tyler and Sofia.

Fromm has been prominently featured in highly respected media outlets such as The New York Daily News, The New York Times, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly, New York Magazine, The New York Observer, Wall Street Journal and more. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
