Sales Process

At Mark David & Company, you will have access to sales training more personalized and specialized than anywhere else. Our sales process includes one-on-one consulting sessions with management, personal mentoring sessions with seasoned agents, customized private sales coaching, interactive tech training and systems, ongoing training seminars, and workshops.  Your success is our top priority, and you have the support of experienced mentors and coaches to give you confidence in your work and an edge over the competition.  CEO Mark David Fromm runs bi-weekly role playing sessions with his agents, sharing his 17+ years of experience.

Marketing/PR & Resources

We cover all direct expenses related to marketing our properties, and all indirect expenses related to selling our properties. All of our agents have access to PR opportunities.  Our agents have been featured in the New York Times, New York Magazine, The Real Deal, and The Wall Street Journal.

Our closing ratio is between 80% and 90% because of a dedicated closing manager that focuses solely on closing your deals all day long so you can go out and make more.  We advertise in The New York Times, Time Out New York, New York Post, and the Wall Street Journal, among others.  We also have a full time staff expert on SEO/SEM, and our listings are syndicated to over 43 other real estate websites via Manhattan’s MLS System.
