Recently, the press announced that Sean “Diddy” Combs is selling his Park Imperial residence. He has been living in the beautiful penthouse for a long time, but now he’s looking for a buyer. The condominium measures 2,300 square feet and has 3 bedrooms and it will be sold for $8.5 million. The opulent apartment is situated at the 66th floor and it was converted in a huge 1-bedroom unit. It features an expensive sound system, personalized closets that have humidors, a wet bar and a piano room.
The unit is located on 230 W 56th St and Diddy purchased it in 2005 for $3.82 million. Immediately after he listed this superb condo, Sean Combs became interested in a beautiful Tribeca penthouse situated at 35 N Moore St. It costs almost $20 million, but its price was recently reduced by $3.1 million. The hip-hop mogul and the executive of the Bad Boy Entertainment also owns an Alpine, N. J. mansion measuring 12,000 square feet and another mansion located in Miami, Star Island, measuring 20,000 square feet. Still, he is willing to buy the luxury penthouse in the Merchants House condominium building.
This extraordinary unit has 6,800 square feet and features 2 garages, 6 bedrooms and extra outdoor space. The condo was listed in late March. Currently, the owner of the apartment is Ursula Fairbairn, Fairbairn Group’s president. The Fairbairn Group is an executive management consulting and human resources company. Sean “Diddy” Combs isn’t the only notable resident in Park Imperial who wants to sell a condo. It was mentioned that Deepak Chopra has also listed his unit last month. The asking price for his condo is $3.6 million.
